Shipping & Return Policy

We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date in accordance with and subject to the terms of our return policy. The Foundry Mall reserves the right to amend, change or otherwise modify all or any part of the return policy, at its discretion, at any time.

If a return or exchange is issued you may mail your product to: 820 WILSON DRIVE, RIDGELAND, MS, 39157, United States. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

General Eligibility

Any returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Non-returnable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items or goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines may not be returned. We do not accept the return of products which include, but are not limited to the following: sale items, gift cards, health and personal care product, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will notify you of the status of the returned item(s), whether approval or rejection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, dependent upon method of payment.


If a request for a refund is approved, but you have not received a refund yet check and verify with your credit card company and/or bank, as applicable. There is often a prescribed period of time before a refund is officially posted to your credit card statement, checking account or other source of payment. If you have contacted your credit card company and/or bank, and are still in need of assistance receiving or processing a refund for returned item(s) contact us at INFO@THEFOUNDRYMALL.COM.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to and in accordance with The Foundry Mall Return Policy. If you are requesting to exchange an item, come see us at 820 Wilson Drive, Ridgeland, MS 39157. Alternatively, if you are not able to visit our location, send us an email to with a brief explanation for the exchange request and an attached copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you via email that we have received your exchange request and if said request is approved or rejected. If your item(s) is/are eligible for an exchange you send your item(s) to: 820 WILSON DRIVE, RIDGELAND, MS, 39157, United States.


If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item(s) is/are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping options will be provided at the time of purchase. Rates will be calculated based on the location of buyer and the weight and/or dimensions of the package.
